* Provide expertise on all contractual and commercial matters.
* Support process development for compliance with program requirements and regulations.
* Establish the process in the effective management of the contract administration.
* Assurance of the contract delivery within the scope, programme, standards and specification and budget.
* Manage liquidated damages, insurances, bonds and guarantees, claims, disputes through to arbitration.
* Negotiate the Contract, Commercial Terms and Conditions, (FIDIC/ NEC/ ICE/ JBCT and Bespoke Contracts
* Determine the resource level and spread to optimally manage the contracts and commercial function.
* Assurance of the contract delivery within the scope, programme, standards and specification and budget, ensure zero deviation from costs and prosecute claim.
