JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As the manager you will manage the team handling all the commercial customer facing contractual matters during bid and delivery phase.
Provides guidance and support to the project team.
Reporting commercial and contractual risks, managing and mitigating with risk assessment.
Execute NDAs, MOUs and Insurance Policies.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal for the role is someone who has Bachelor Degree in Appropriate Discipline having experience on pre and post contract management, subcontractor management and procurement in IT, telecommunications or civil environment. Possess strong negotiation and contract management skills.
This is a senior role only candidate above 10 plus years of experience will be considered. Preference given to English Native Speakers.
