Senior Consultant - HR Management Consulting, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

* Project and consulting delivery, client implementation and build capability across our solutions.
* Responsible for leading projects and initiatives to ensure that the Professional Services and Sales team are successful in selling our solutions.
* Form trusted relationships with senior level and C suite clients and contribute to strategic opportunities.
* Develop strategies that increase the breadth and penetration of their solutions within accounts
* Manage complex and international client programmes and solutions delivery.
* Partner with other teams to provide thought leadership, support and challenge, to design and deliver complex solutions whilst clearly articulating the business relevance for the client in solving their business challenge and adding value.
* Leverage products, processes, solution offerings and global organisational resources to fulfil client needs as well as leading outcomes to demonstrate value, secure new and repeat business, drive renewal and growth.

REQUIREMENTS

* Significant experience in occupational psychology, HR Consultancy or HR, to include client facing experience and a strong background in assessment and development
* Experience of delivering and managing client projects/solutions in one or more of the following areas: talent management strategy and process design; assessment; post-hire solutions; learning and development; training delivery; product consulting
* Expert facilitator with experience of implementing HR and people solutions
* Expert project leadership experience
* Preferred: Chartered Occupational Psychologist or equivalent qualification in the HR field (e.g. Chartered Institute Personnel and Development/Master Business Administration)
