WSP Middle East are currently looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join an infrastructure construction project based in Riyadh at the King Khaled International Airport. Candidates should have intensive knowledge of procurement process within a similar construction environment in infrastructure, preferably Airport construction projects.
Your new role, what's involved?
* Reviewing SOW, Specifications, and RFP documents
* Negotiation of contractual terms with Contractors
* Extension of Time claims and variations & Stakeholder management and interfaces
* Set up simple contract procedures document for Project Management
* Contractor valuations, close out procedures & administration
* Proactively manage and maintain comprehensive claims documentation
* Prepare relevant commercial correspondence
* Work collaboratively with Senior Engineers and Managers
REQUIREMENTS
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* 12+ years of professional experience
* Intensive knowledge in Procurement Process and Requirements
* Experience of working on major infrastructure construction project in the Middle East, preferably on Airport projects
* Good knowledge of construction and contract terminology
* Fluent in English
