JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Are you an experienced Contract Administrator seeking an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a prestigious project within Saudi Arabia? Our client, a leading Construction Project Management Consultancy, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Contract Administrator for a high-level PIF (Public Investment Fund) project based in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, from procurement to closeout.
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Administer contract changes, including variations, claims, and extensions of time.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the contract administration team.

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within a consultancy business, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, including FIDIC and other standard forms.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience working on PIF projects or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.

Location:
• Abha, Saudi Arabia

Salary:
• Up to 40,000 SAR per month, depending on experience
