Our client, a leading Construction Project Management Consultancy, is in search of a talented Senior Cost Engineer to join their team for a high-level PIF (Public Investment Fund) project located in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of project cost management, including cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to develop detailed cost plans and schedules.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project expenditures and track against approved budgets.
• Prepare accurate and timely cost reports for stakeholders, highlighting variances and providing insights for decision-making.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the cost engineering team.

• Up to 40,000 SAR per month, commensurate with experience
