Employment: Full Time

You will be joining a Global Leader in Cost & Project Management. We have held a close working relationship with this client for 8 Years so delighted to take on this key appointment on a major program in Riyadh - The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will be joining a first class employer that has a global presence. We are seeking a Cost Lead that has major project experience at pre contract and post contract. You will be able to build strong meaningful relationships with clients showing professionalism & knowledge at all times.

You will be able to add value through all aspects of cost and commercial management.

Salary:
SAR 50,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

NSR Associates are seeking the following from prospective applicants

- Happy to relocate to Riyadh or currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS Desired but no essential
- Minimum of 5-7 Years in a Cost , Commercial & Leadership post
- FIDIC experience
- Strong communication skills and comfortable client facing
- BIM & Cost X software experience desired
- Strong contractual , commercial & technical awareness
