Senior Data Quality - KSA
Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data quality strategies and standards.
- Conduct in-depth data quality assessments to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues.
- Design and oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes to ensure high data integrity.
- Develop and manage data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and communicate performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Implement data quality tools and technologies to automate and streamline data quality processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior data quality team members and other stakeholders on best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis and lead efforts to address and resolve complex data quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data quality management to drive continuous improvement.

- Data Cleansing and Validation: Proficiency in designing and executing data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes.
- Metrics and Reporting: Experience in creating and managing data quality metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
- SQL and Data Querying: Advanced SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and ensuring data quality.
- Data Quality Tools: Knowledge of data quality management tools and technologies.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address data quality needs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving data quality issues.
- Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance policies and standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
