JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking for a Sr. Design Architect for my client in Riyadh. My client is a PMC with large-scale residential, Commercial and Offices projects in Riyadh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design
• Review the consultant's contract.
• Prepare the deliverable checklist for each stage.
• Meetings and workshops with the consultants.
• Review the consultant's drawing package.
• Writing comments on the design and technical issue to the consultant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture
• Experience working in design office.
• Experience in large scale residential and commercial projects.
• Experience in Design Review
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination
