Senior Design Manager

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior design manager to lead the design initiatives for our innovative development projects. This role involves overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

As the senior design manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to produce designs that reflect the vision and objectives of Qiddiya. Your leadership will guide the team in creating groundbreaking and sustainable design solutions that enhance the overall development strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in design management, preferably within large-scale development projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative design solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex design processes and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
