Job description
Lead DevOps practices jointly with the team.
Installation, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of DevOps tools (source code management like Git, Azure, SVN).
Drive continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) improvements.
Improve automated monitoring and alerting systems for SLIs and SLOs.
Automate responses for recurring problems.
Build frameworks for software and application deployment.
Build platform environments to support auto-scaling for the business.
Organize, scale, and maintain application and deployment configuration templates.

Technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or related roles.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, AKS).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps culture and best practices.
