Role Overview:
As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy while supporting our Corporate and Global Business Units (GBUs) in the development and implementation of their in-country strategies. You will provide valuable insights into local market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and guide product policies and marketing plans. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in executing our Group M&A strategy, driving local investment funding, and enhancing the visibility and reputation of our company in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the region's strategy and marketing plan
- Provide insights on local market dynamics, opportunities, and competitive environment
- Contribute to the Group M&A strategy execution through target identification and integration
- Develop strategic narratives to maximize opportunities for local investment funding
- Identify opportunities for greater pull-through of Group products
- Support and animate the region's SAMs/KAMs population in account-focused engagement plans
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support local demand generation efforts
- Drive local Sales Enablement efforts and support complex capture teams
- Drive Marketing Network excellence and performance plan aligned with business needs

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership management role
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management
- Proven experience in customer management and engagement
- Track record of leading diverse teams and backgrounds
- Knowledge of local business and political challenges
- Experience in the Aerospace industry or relevant market verticals
- MBA, BSc/BA in business administration or Engineering background desired

Skills and Abilities:
- Solid experience in strategy development and strategic planning
- Strong B2B marketing experience, including strategy and campaign activation
- Ability to drive a customer-centric mindset shift
- Data-driven with the ability to make decisions based on analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Politically aware and sensitive to cultural nuances
- Ability to achieve results through networking and influencing
