Job Title: Senior Estimator - Construction PMC (Project Management Consultancy)

Are you an experienced Senior Estimator seeking an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious project within Saudi Arabia? Our client, a leading Construction Project Management Consultancy, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Estimator for a high-level PIF (Public Investment Fund) project based in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cost estimation and analysis for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Review and analyse project plans and specifications to accurately determine project costs.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages and tender documents.
• Provide expertise in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct regular cost audits and monitor project expenses throughout the construction phase.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
• Mentor and support junior estimators within the team.

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within a consultancy business, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Location: Abha, Saudi Arabia

Salary:
• Up to 40,000 SAR per month, dependent on experience
