JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Governance of project spend which shall include:

- Review and tracking of project wise capex spend vs budget.
- Ensure DoA compliance in case of variances against budget.
- Documentation of all approvals and maintaining a repository of the same.
- Validation of all project related spends before management approval.
- Support project head in analysis and review of detail level project spend and benchmarking.
- Monitor timely validation of project invoices by concerned teams to ensure timely capitalization in the books.

Requirement:

- Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in project finance with large construction company or relevant experience in retail company.
- IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Fluency in English
- ERP experience with Oracle Financial will be an added advantage.
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
