Senior Facilities Engineer - Riyadh, KSA – Big Fish Recruitment
Our client is a leading Riyadh-based Facilities Service Provider. They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to join their team FM team in Riyadh.
• The project is very high profile, so candidates should be well presented with good communication skills. Candidates should also have a degree in an engineering discipline, ideally Mechanical with good knowledge of HVAC system maintenance.
• Candidates will have experience managing a blue collar work force and should also be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services. In addition, they will be required to report back on contract performance, so an understanding of both KPIs and SLAs is essential.

• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience
• Have managed a blue collar workforce
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication
