Senior Facilities Management Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a JV between a European Multi-National Facilities Management company. They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a Senior Facilities Management Consultant to join their team FM team in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam)

- Responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service
- Provider (FMS) and its Sub-contractors) in compliance with industry and OEM standards
- Make sure to monitor all maintenance activities for all hard services utilities such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.

Requirements:
• Degree – Engineering
• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience - client side, consultancy or top tier service provider
• Have managed subcontractor - Performance management (to KPIs and SLAs)
• Know what statutory compliance is needed in buildings (fire alarm testing, water treatment etc.…)
• A knowledge or understanding of SFG20 best practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication
