JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Required to join an established Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be based in Riyadh managing hard services on a variety of facilities for a prestigious client.

• You will provide expert advice and guidance in managing and optimizing the mechanical systems and facilities.
• This will involve working closely with various stakeholders, such as facility managers, engineers, etc, with the aim to enhance the overall performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical systems while ensuring compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering
• A strong Technical background with a deep understanding of mechanical systems HVAC, plumbing, fire protection etc
• 10 + years in a Facilities Management position
• Excellent project Management skills able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of SFG-20 standards, NFPA, CIBSE, Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE etc.
• Proficiency in assessing and analyzing complex mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with applicable industry standards, regulations, and codes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
