JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is one of the leading and most progressive groups in the Middle East with over 15,000 employees. They are looking to hire a dynamic and talented Senior General Manager – Rewards for their office in Jeddah.
In this senior role you will ;
Develop, lead and implement the organization’s reward strategy so that its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position by developing and implementing the organization’s performance management policies and procedures which ensure that the organization will be the best place for the best people to deliver their best job.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in HR or business administration, Masters Degree would be preferable
- Minimum 10 years working experience in HR function particularly with multinational companies which 5 years must be at senior management level
- Personnel Remuneration & Benefits: Sound knowledge of total reward strategies and its best practices.
- Personnel and Human Resources: Basic knowledge of principles and procedures in personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Administration and Management: Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.v
