Inspection Planning and Execution:
Develop the inspection plan based on the received casting program from production.
Ensuring all the listed elements to be inspected and confirmed as per the casting schedule.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet and exceed project specifications.

Documentation:
Maintain and report the QC documents within the project such as checklists, casting programs confirmations, updated drawings, etc..
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Job Role
As a production quality inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection of the precast elements in the different stages (Preparation, mold fabrication, reinforcement, MEP, casting, finishing, curing & demolding), solving the quality problems with the quality control tools, reporting the quality issues, issuance observations & NCR's with the root cause analysis, full understanding of the shop drawings for the different structural & non-structural elements.
