Senior Interior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well-established luxury interior design company for both residential and commercial projects. They are looking to expand their team and grow the business into the hospitality sector so are looking for talented Interior Designers to join their team.

Job Description:
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
• Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Direct and motivate teams of interior Designers, Draftsman, etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Capability in 3D/2D modeling.
• Supervise interior design services from design to implementation
• Monitors material quality and project finishing
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Prepare and complete action plans of interior design projects
• Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
• Complete audits concerning material and quantity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Identify trends in the market concerning the interior design
• Contribute to the implantation of the company’s growth strategy.
• Monitor the implementation of the department's KPIs.
• Always up to date into what’s new in the market
• Ensure adequate management of project scheduling
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Visa, health care, flights

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Interior Design or closely related major.
• Master’s degree in Interior Design is an advantage
• With a total of at least 10 years’ experience
• Experience in residential, commercial and hospitality projects would be highly regarded
