Senior Landscape Project Manager Job Vacancy KSA. We are seeking to recruit a Senior Landscape Project Manager for a position with a Leading Project Management Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The position will be working on a highly prestigious project in the area for a very high net worth client.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• You will be responsible for and have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale landscape projects from inception to completion
• Responsible for developing and managing project budgets schedules and resources effectively and deliver the project to time and to budget.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, CAD, and other relevant design and project management software.
• Knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Review design plans, contracts and project documentation.
• The Ability to lead and motivate project teams of Architects Engineers contractors and subcontractors.
• Understand and address the clients needs and expectations as well as building relationships.
• Adhere to project specifications, working alongside team members, clients, vendors and regulatory agencies.

SALARY & BENEFITS
• An excellent total package salary is available for this Senior Landscape Project Manager Vacancy
• Please note this is a 6 day week, which is Mandatory for this very high level client. Candidates will receive a base salary PLUS Overtime for the 6th Day.
• The salary banding provided by our client is 45,000-65,000 SAR per month total package. PLEASE NOTE: Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person who meets ALL requirements.
• Overtime payment for the 6th day on top of the package stated above
• In addition, Medical cover is provided on top of the total package
• Bonus as per Saudi
• Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
• Visa costs

Salary:
SAR 50,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS- We respectfully ask that you apply if you meet all requirements.
• ALL the following requirements MUST be met
• Above all this position specifically requires a 3 year Degree Qualification in Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering or another related Degree Qualification.
• It is a MANDATORY requirement.
• Professional Certifications and Licenses such as PMP or a chartered status
• Stafford Lawrence is seeking a Senior Project Manager for this position. So, you should have experience working with a Project Management Consultancy in Senior Project Management position with particular emphasis on Landscape projects.
• We are not seeking a Buildings Project Manager
• For this position our client requires a minimum of 14 years experience Post Degree experience in total, from the year you attained your Degree Qualification.
• In addition at least 5-7 years of Landscape Project Management Experience
• Previous Middle East experience is a requirement for this job vacancy. This does not have to be experience in KSA, other Middle East locations will be considered such as UAE, Qatar Bahrain, etc.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and make decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with local and regulations related to landscape design and construction.
• Please note: As per Saudi law, we require an expat who is under the retirement age of 60
