Overview

Head the T&D QA& Training Performance Management Group and serves as the Company reference on analyzing learning needs, setting standards for designing and developing learning material, developing implementation plans, and developing evaluation strategies and plans for Saudi Aramco training programs. In addition, provide customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction, companywide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Learning &Development quality assurance policies and procedures
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality measures
Plan, conduct and monitor L&D programs quality
Document quality assurance activities
Investigate stakeholders' complaints
Evaluate customers experience and assess customer satisfaction
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement of L&D programs
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Coordinate and support on-site examination conducted by external evaluators including accreditation
Evaluate review findings and monitor implementation of appropriate corrective actions
Conduct in depth performance measurement of Learning and Development programs
Conducts site visits to training centers to provide on-site training, feedback, and support to teaching staff and submits site visit reports.
Performs regular audits of existing curriculum and assessment materials and recommends updates/improvements to content.
Designs curricula, assessments and other evaluation instruments, training programs, and other learning solutions. Develops instructional materials for participants and facilitators/trainers.
Collaborates with SMEs, proponents, and teaching and technical staff to pilot, implement, and evaluate curricula, including delivery methodology, across all training centers.
Performs on-site training of teaching staff to ensure that all learning and assessment materials are used effectively. Conducts site visits at training centers to provide feedback and support to teaching staff and provides reports.
Supports employment screening testing process and performs other duties as assigned.
Ensures that all operational tasks are appropriately staffed and meet time, budget, and scope requirements.
Develops schedules and budget estimates, and prepares formal proposals for projects .Monitors and reports progress of projects against approved plans. Reviews work activities against the business plan to ensure business goals are met.
Provides consultation to management on proposed training programs and policy changes.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Education, (Instructional design/teaching/vocational training) or
- Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
- Experience:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 12
- Special Field of Experience: Learning and Development
- Minimum Years in the Special Field: 05

Preferred:
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Graduate masters or doctorate is preferred
