Senior Manager / Director - Talent / Organisational Development
The Company:
My client is a $30 billion dollar company based in Saudi Arabia looking for a Senior Manager to join the Talent/Organisational Development team.
The Role:
You will join the VP of Talent Management to oversee and implement the strategic plan for the company. The role is very much based around transformation as opposed to an operational role. Tasks will involve looking at organisational excellence, career development, talent management, soft skills and technical training, maintaining and developing cultural programs and incentives.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years of experience within a similar role, you must have worked heavily on talent management and organisational development in a previous role.
- Multinational experience highly preferred.
- Due to the role being in Saudi Arabia, a Male candidate is preferred.
- Western education and experience - essential.
My client will consider candidates who require relocation from a Western country as well as candidates already in the region.
Salary:
SAR 30,000 - 50,000
