Your expertise will drive the execution of key initiatives, aligning them with the strategic goals of QIC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, and delivery of programs that contribute to the growth and success of QIC.
• Establish and implement program management best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage and collaborate with diverse teams and key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead regular program meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and share insights.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in program/project management, ideally within the entertainment or leisure sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a complex project environment.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
