Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing an innovative entertainment hub that reshapes the leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Senior Manager - Standards & Knowledge Sharing to lead our initiatives aimed at promoting best practices, fostering a knowledge-driven culture, and ensuring that standards are met across all operations.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks for knowledge sharing and standardization within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that information flows efficiently and that the highest standards of quality and operational excellence are maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized processes, templates, and playbooks.
- Centralize research, best practices, and benchmark data for all teams.
- Lead partner and vendor performance assessments, supporting master agreements.
- Coordinate quarterly best-practice publications and organize internal learning forums.
- Ensure consistent branding, tone, and quality in marketing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in knowledge management, process standardization, consulting, or project management.
- Proven track record in codifying frameworks, policies.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
