Job description
We are looking for senior manufacturing technicians with at least 3 years of experience in a production environment at our facility in Medina, OH.
Our technicians are responsible for training and managing technicians in operation of plastic injection blow molders and extrusion machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations.

What youu2019ll be doing as a senior manufacturing technician:
Train, develop and manage technicians to meet business needs
Act as back-up team leader as needed
Relieve production techs for breaks and lunches
Inspect line set-ups and continuously monitor operations
Troubleshoot and repair machinery using mechanical and electrical skills
Control scrap, reliability and quality through process checks
Work with team lead on the performance evaluation process
Drive safety, quality, scrap and reliability action items
Other duties as assigned
What's required to be a senior manufacturing technician?
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar leadership role
Experience in plastics manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Strong computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
