JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our client is a leading Facilities Management service provider, to join their team in Al Ula . The successful candidate will be responsible for running day to day Hard and Soft Facilities Management operations, manage budget and KPI-SLA compliance.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Operations Management within the Facilities Management industry, with responsibility for day-to-day operational performance.• Proven background in managing both Hard Services and Soft Services operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• A solid track record in service excellence, operational efficiency, and team management.
• Senior-level exposure suitable for managing complex and multi-sector operations.
