JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities
- Setting & review Organizational Culture Strategy and corporate values in alignment with the organization strategy
- Assessing current situation and build baseline
- Conduct Cultural, leaders & work environment Surveys Produce gap analysis report and update frequently
- Build Initiatives & Projects cards and update the status frequently
- Develop relevant guidelines and policies (i.e. Workplace, values, ethics, employee well-being, etc.)
- Conduct work environment inspections and produce frequent reports
- Conduct Team building & Collaboration activities and campaigns
- Update relevant Strategic & Executive OC Committees
- Follow up and train OC Ambassadors and advocates
- Produce frequent surveys for specific topics
- Ensure updating the OC system instantly and produce required reports
- Participate in Government competitions and awards
- Achieve and maintain the Great Place to Work award
Requirements:
- + 2 years of experience- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
