JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Senior Planning Engineer with extensive experience in large scale projects.
Responsibilities are:
1- Prepare Tender Schedules
2- Prepare Baseline schedules for construction stage
3- Produce Resource Schedules for:
• Manpower: requirement
• Materials.
• Equipment:
4- Ability to generate critical milestones for the construction stages.
5- Provide cash flow charts for the Project.
6- Maintain a schedule of actual progress against programmed progress in the project and issue to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
7- Prepare monthly invoice forecast based on the current jobs progress.
8- be able to work with both office and site based Cost Managers.
Experience of Primavera P3 / P6
REQUIREMENTS
1- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University
2- Minimum10 years demonstrable experience in planning of large scale projects.
3- Experience of Primavera P3 / P6
4- Experience with prestigious commercial and residential projects
