JASARA PMC is actively recruiting a senior planning engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and scheduling of construction projects, ensuring that all timelines and deliverables are met. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop effective project strategies, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary. This role requires a keen analytical mindset and strong leadership skills to drive projects forward with efficiency and precision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and scheduling techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
