Your role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our senior product manager, you’ll be at the heart of the product tribe, driving impact by:

• Owning the end-to-end student experience across AlGooru’s mobile app and website
• Translating educational and business goals into user-centric product solutions
• Driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall learning success
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless and impactful product features

A day in your life

1. Strategic product leadership
Define and evolve the student product vision aligned with business goals
Build and manage product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives
Conduct research to guide retention-focused decisions

2. End-to-end product execution
Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including web and app features
Convert vision into clear specs and user stories for development
Drive quality assurance, testing, and timely releases
Manage backlog and tech sprints for roadmap alignment

3. Student journey ownership (app + web)
Own and optimize student-facing flows: onboarding, sessions, renewals, feedback, and support
Collaborate with mobile, acquisition, and retention teams
Improve self-serve flows to reduce support needs and boost conversions
Partner with CRM/data teams for segmentation and lifecycle messaging

4. Internal systems & ops alignment
Ensure product updates align with CRM, dashboards, and internal tools
Bridge product and ops for tutor-related student workflows

5. Data-driven improvements
Define and monitor key product KPIs
Analyze usage data to identify and fix drop-offs
Promote A/B testing and feedback loops to validate changes

Requirements

You’re the senior product manager we’re looking for if you have:

• 5-7 years in product management (edtech, marketplaces, or B2C mobile preferred)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams from launch to scale
• Strong with product metrics and data-driven decisions
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4)
• Bonus: Familiar with HubSpot, Intercom, and CleverTap
• Passion for education and user-focused products
