JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client in Riyadh is seeking a number of Senior level Project Management personnel to run the second phase of a project they have been involved with for the last 12 months. The project is mixed use but largely residential and one of KSA's "mega-projects" in line with their 2030 vision.
• Candidates must have large project experience in the Middle East to be considered and meet all of the criteria below.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must:
• Have Middle East experience with Developer / Consultancy
• Be strong, well educated and client facing
• Be able to relocate quickly - within 4 weeks of offer
• Have multiple project experience
• Associate and Director level must have the ability and experience to review and do due diligence on a large multi-faceted project and make the relevant changes to move the project forward
• Understand the nature of these ME type projects and how to communicate with all stakeholders and multicultural teams
• Be able to relocate on a single status basis
