Role:

To lead projects from concept stage through to operational handover stage to deliver the project/s to the satisfaction of Clients and Compass Partners, within budget, within the programme, in accordance with the brief, and in accordance with authority requirements.

Experience:

- Extensive experience in construction / new build projects in mixed-use and project delivery.
- The ability to drive client-value throughout design, procurement and construction of buildings, hotels and mega-development projects is required.
- Strong stakeholder management along with the ability to communicate and articulate information with senior stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
