About the Opportunity:

The SANGCOM UK Project Team comprises of UK military, UK civil servants and various contractors, who provide infrastructure and equipment support to the Ministry of National Guard's (MNG's) Signal Corps (SC). SANGCOM have recently been commissioned to deliver a barracks to house the SC's Electronic Warfare (EW) Battalion and supporting equipment. The barracks will be located within the Riyadh area and is to consist of both domestic and technical accommodation, including all necessary service and security infrastructure.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based in Riyadh, the Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure project alignment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management processes.

Here's What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
