JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA QC Engineer Civil to join our team in Saudi Arabia-Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of civil building construction projects and will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control processes within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for civil building construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control processes and best practices.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation and reports.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and inspections.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven work experience as a QA QC Engineer in the civil building construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and regulations in the construction sector.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve high-quality standards and project goals.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality control and documentation.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in construction.
