JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Senior QA Specialist is responsible to conduct system and procedures testing, ensuring an optimal testing environment to achieve the desired outcomes from systems evaluations.

Description
* Develop and prepare comprehensive test case scenarios to ensure thorough coverage.
* Conduct system testing and meticulously report results for continuous improvement.
* Manage testing operations, including coordination with external parties for system tests.
* Ensure all developments comply with established technical specifications and standards.
* Implement technical tests to validate functionality and performance.
* Collaborate with system administrators to complete and verify functional tests.
* Monitor and document the progress of testing activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Identify and troubleshoot defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Computer / MIS / Public Administration* Experience in software testing, preferably with a minimum of 4-6 years in a similar role.
* Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) are a plus.
* Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TestRail).
* Ability to analyze complex software systems and design tests to ensure the software operates as intended.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to document and report testing results clearly and concisely.
* Experience in coordinating with system administrators and other technical teams to complete functional tests.
