Employment: Full Time

Lead the QS team for the water and wastewater construction project within a Giga project.

They are one of the leading Water & Wastewater management company globally.

Description

Leading QS team to manage the re-measurement contract, working with Construction teams to provide required BoQ information, issuing supporting documentation to Client for payments, undertaking discussions with Client to get agreement on payment applications.

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
* Monitor and control project expenditures.
* Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
* Ensure projects are completed within budget.

Requirements:

* 15-20 years experience.
* Background in utility (water sector would be a preference).
* Experience with EPC Contract, especially within a JV.
