JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
CLIENT
Linum Consult’s client is a major international contractor, working on a number of heavy civil and marine engineering projects across the globe. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator to be based in their Saudi Arabia office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling the subcontracts and change orders on an oil & gas project
• Drafting, reviewing, analysing, negotiating, processing and amending both basic form agreements, and specialised form agreements
• Preparing and issuing close out documentation
REQUIREMENTS
PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or an Engineering subject, with an MRICS qualification
• Between 3-5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Oil & Gas or Heavy Industrial construction projects
• Previously worked for an EPC contractor, with excellent knowledge of EPC contract types
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred, with a transferrable Iqama
