JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Project Management Consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate would need to have a minimum of 10 years experience and have western project experience.
Due to Visa restrictions on this role, we can only accept applications from UK or EU Nationals.
This would be an excellent opportunity the successful candidate to further their career in the Middle East.
REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate would need to have a minimum of 3 years working in the Middle East or Internationally
Minimum of 10+ years experience with knowledge of both pre & post contract
A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying is not essential but would be an advantage
Experience with either a contractor or a consultancy
Considerable Experience with various Build and Civil Projects ( buildings would be preferred)
Strong measurement experience
Strong FIDIC experience
Be able to work well independently as well as part of a team
