Under limited supervision, performs a variety of assignments involving the recruitment, selection, and placement of nonexempt craft, clerical, technical, and designated exempt positions. Coordinates internal placements and employee relocations. May administer salary increase and performance appraisal programs. May provide guidance to projects, supervisors, and/or managers to ensure nondiscriminatory hiring practices. May refer applicants for job openings, administer pre-employment tests, check references and conduct exit interviews. May assist with the placement of employment advertising and/or act as a company representative at external career fairs.
REQUIREMENTS

May provide guidance to projects, supervisors, and/or managers to ensure nondiscriminatory hiring practices. May refer applicants for job openings, administer pre-employment tests, check references and conduct exit interviews. May assist with the placement of employment advertising and/or act as a company representative at external career fairs. Skills are acquired mainly with minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
