Description
The Senior Sales KAM will lead strategic enterprise and government relationships, driving InnovationTeam’s business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud and software solution sales at the enterprise level, with a proven ability to secure large-scale contracts and lead a full 360° sales strategy.
Requirements
- Lead sales strategy for enterprise and government accounts.
- Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Identify and close complex opportunities across software, cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects.
- Develop account plans, pipeline forecasts, and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
- Represent InnovationTeam in key customer and partner meetings.
- Maintain alignment with business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise technology or government sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of cloud, LLM/AI, in-house, and managed service business models.
- Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills at the executive level.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Saudi nationals only.
