Description

Eram Talent, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in the oil & gas sector, is looking for a highly experienced Sr. Scheduling Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing project schedules for EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) projects within the oil & gas industry. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and extensive experience in project scheduling to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using advanced scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development and updates.

Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and delays.

Analyze schedule performance data and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Prepare and present regular scheduling reports to senior management and project stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings to communicate schedule updates and address any scheduling concerns.

Implement industry best practices in project scheduling and continuously seek improvements in scheduling processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling for oil & gas EPC projects.

Expertise in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.

Proven ability to manage complex schedules and deliver projects on time.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Capability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and handle multiple priorities.
