Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sourcing & Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will play a crucial role in developing sourcing strategies that align with our business objectives while maintaining high quality standards in line with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory levels.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Analyze purchasing data and market trends to prepare reports that support strategic decision-making and budget planning.
- Evaluate and oversee the procurement of materials, components, and services for various divisions, ensuring consistency and quality across purchases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in B2B, HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant) sectors.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with proven success in cost savings initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
