This position requires a highly experienced Senior Specialist - Architect and Civil Engineer to join the world’s most visionary developer. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate the design and construction of all architectural and civil engineering projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while meeting the project's budget and timeline.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate all architectural and civil engineering projects from conception to completion
• Work with project managers, designers, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
• Prepare monthly progress reports and other related documents
• Ensure all project requirements are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant training courses and seminars
• Any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successful design and construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of applicable safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of AutoCAD and other related software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel as required.
