JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job description
- Interface with customers in all technical related issues.
- Analyze customer problems and resolve and close customer complaints, as per assignment from the Engineering Manager.
- Make proper hardware/software selection for technical solutions.
- Report on the status of the customer service provided to the Engineering Manager.
- Prepare engineering software/hardware design documents for review by the lead engineer on the project.
- Undertake the implementation and coding of software solutions.
- Undertake the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT).
- Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the team leader.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the team leader on a given project.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Technical skills
Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
3-5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of BMS and security systems integration.
Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
Experience in system testing, validation, and stakeholder coordination.
