What you'll be doing
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will be driving the operational management of the Talent Acquisition division, focusing on talent excellence across the region while ensuring that we are optimizing everything that contributes to a successful hiring journey.
With a focus on measuring service delivery and operational excellence, you will be responsible for driving the team to deliver a best-in-class service with focus on Monitoring/Reporting/Evolving the TA KPI's and SLA's. You would have an eye for process improvement and innovation, whilst looking for opportunities to drive efficiencies and improve stakeholder and candidate experience.
Role main focus areas:
- Business Operations: Owning all operational TA aspects (SLA Design and implementation / TA workflow / Best Practice roll-out) together with identifying opportunities and inefficiencies to drive overall division effectiveness. (CHANGE MANAGEMENT & USER ADOPTION)
- Driving continuous improvement in the delivery of our services, leveraging external best practice and thinking.
- Leading a team of TA partners and Managers across the KSA territory
- Strategy development: Implement and manage a recruitment operations strategy to deliver an exceptional candidate/stakeholder experience.
- Partner with the Communications team to enhance internal and external Talent Acquisition activity/partnerships and events
- Drive global recruitment strategies and talent pooling through Business School and University partnerships and networks.
- Flag any issues for action on business and candidate feedback, continually identifying improvement and opportunities
- Vendor management: Identify, build, maintain and manage relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies, and third-party suppliers.
- Reporting and analytics: Identify, monitor, and regularly report key metrics (including KPIs and ROI) for sourcing platforms.
- Use data to analyze and optimize recruitment processes
- Investigate technology and applications to support management information and reporting metrics to measure performance
Requirements:
What you'll need to succeed- You would be a Saudi National with previous experience in Talent Acquisition Management within a well structures and large scale organization
- You would be strong both operationally and strategically.
- You would be confident and at ease with public speaking, this person is considered the ambassador of the group externally - speaking on panels, attending university events and being the group representative at ministries and with Government entities constitutes a large part of the job.
- You would have managed a team of 6+ people in your past experiences
- You would be able to express yourself in formal Arabic confidently whilst also being able to speak English fluently
- You would have a servant leader attitude and approach and a people person, someone who leads by example.
