JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Develop strong knowledge of both the project & the markets they recruit from
• Apply direct search / networking methodology to identify talent within limited and / or specific candidate pools
• Use innovative sourcing techniques, Boolean logic, on-line communities and other relevant and available tools to identify talent
• Manage vacancy postings and candidate response on internal / external job boards
• Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System
• Strict adherence to all requisite internal & external standards
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
• Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally
• Preparing job offers
• Reference and Background Checks
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Schedule Interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Experience gained from either in-house or recruitment agency environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in talent acquisition technologies such as LinkedIn and ATS systems strongly preferred
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree
