WSP is looking for a Senior Utilities Engineer with over 15 years of experience to be part of an infrastructure construction supervision project based in Jeddah.
We are looking for candidates with construction experience of storm water systems, drainage systems, pump stations, ground water networks, deep foundations.
Your new role, what's involved?
* I oversee the day-to-day construction of the project.
* I check contractor designs, calculations and site implementation for compliance with relevant codes and standards?
* I provide guidance to contractors during construction stages as required.
* I ensure that positive working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and our employees are maintained.
* I supervise the planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
* I ensure the project requirements are meeting the defined scope and schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
* 15+ years professional experience in the construction industry
* Familiar with construction of storm water drainage, ground water lowering network, pump stations, underground tanks etc
* Good communication/people skills and time management skills
* Ability to work within a team environment and/or ability to work autonomously.
* Demonstrated experience of working within a complex construction environment.
* Fluency in English
