The Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the organisation's Project Managers to achieve common goals.
* Assist the Pre-Sales team and AV Engineers with AV design and specification.
* Ensure that project documentation is planned in advance to ensure deadlines are achieved.
* Prepare end-of-project O&M Manuals and as-built drawings.
* Liaise with clients and project team members to ensure project goals are achieved.

Key Requirements:

* Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication between various teams involved in ELV and AV systems integration projects.
* Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.( Mandatory)
* Collaborate with the Design and Pre-Sales team to translate design concepts into accurate and comprehensive drawings.
* Oversee on-site activities, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare drawings and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
* Generate regular progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, supply chain partners and clients to facilitate effective project execution.
* Participate in coordination meetings and provide valuable insights to enhance project efficiency.
