Position Title: Site Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation
Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA

About the Client:
A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East.

Job Description:
- Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
- Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
- Conduct quantity take off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
- Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to verify progress and assess work completed against project specifications.
- Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with sales team to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Open to Indian and Pakistani nationalities
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same role within interior design, fitout, and construction from home country is welcomed
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage
- With valid driver's license is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized

Salary:
SAR 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
